When all else fails, take the time to read the instructions & ingredients on the outsdie of the packages. Go to AOL Search & type in the names of the items & 'side effects' & it should be able to give you this information. IF it's protein you are looking for - just add a raw egg to the ingredients when making yourself a milkshake. You cannot see nor taste the egg once it is blended & it will give you just as much protein as all those powders & much less expensive.
