What should I do for my sweet 16?

Ok i have recently moved and started a new school in Nov. I have a lot of friends but not the most popular. I haven't had a B-day party in the last few years because of family problems..So i really want to have something BIG!! Im not a pretty or prissy girl and don't want nothing to sissyfied but im not all country or city either..I love music and hanging out with friends, i also love mud runs tractor pulls,rodeos and shopping. I don't want to wear dresses or have no princess thing. Ive posted some of my interest and hope you can help me.. Im in desperate need of help!!!
