Need advice from experienced Cello players (I am a beginner) - quality, pricing,?

I have this cello actually and is it a very good beginner cello, for your first few years. The one I got was very difficult to tune, but they may have been just mine or it may be them all. Normally you wouldn't tune at first and with practice you learn how to tune it easily. I would recommend it.
