What Is Wrong With My Computer?

I haven't been using my computer for the past few weeks but it's been on the reason because I lent out my Ethernet cable and had no way of using the net on it. Well, I recently got the cable back and started using my computer and it's been freezing so much, like if I leave it to do something overnight, it will be frozen by morning. I just push the reset on. Well I tried that after it freezing overnight and now the computer wont even start up, also it recently showed VT-X1300512PCIE which is my video card, not sure why it would show that and nothing else. Well Please help me.
