Bulking up. I need help. How to do it?

Bodybuilding.com will tell you everything but mitchell is right go and get whey protein they have it at walmart 15 bucks , you need 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight like I'm 200 pounds so I drink 2 shakes a day which is 104 grams of protein and then I eat the rest in foods , but don't overtrain yourself you have to give time for your muscles to repair themselves its the biggest number 1 mistake some bodybuilders make is overtraining their muscles so make sure its done right.
