Looking for old movie...?

I am looking for the name of a movie for a birthday present. My Mom mentioned she used to frequently watch a movie on TV called "The Parish" or something along those lines while she was babysitting as an adolescent. She said the movie was about a pregnant adolescent who was sent away to a parish. My Mom was a teenager about late sixties/early seventies. Any ideas?
