No energy after total hysterectomy?

Hi, I had a total hysterectomy 2 weeks ago. I have returned to work already ( as per doctors orders ) because i am a secretary, all i do i answer phones. But i have already stopped taking my pain meds because they tear my stomach to pieces. I am 27, and had severe endometriosis. But, since i stopped taking the pain meds i have no energy at all!! I am taking hrt, i wear the patch. I was wondering if maybe i am getting to much of the horomones or not getting enough? I am just trying to figure out what is going on, I have an amazing doctor and will be calling him when his office opens this morning, just wanted to see what other thought? Thanks.
