Do any of you know about Diet Pills?
Cardio exercise such as using a treadmill, elliptical, or even going out on runs, jogs, or walks is very effective in burning fat and calories, and it doesn't create much muscle m, so focus more on that. As far as starvation and liposuction; Let me get to liposuction first so you won't hate me quite yet. Liposuction is very successful in removing fat from unwanted areas. The reason why it is not an effective way of weight loss is because most people gain a lot if not all of their fat taken off of their body back, even with lots of exercise because you're body is not used to the sudden change, so it freaks out and tries to replace the fat by converting consumed foods into fat to make sure you won't starve. Gradually losing weight is the only successful way because it gives your body time to adjust its metabolism. As far as starvation goes; Stop being a drama queen. Sorry.
