WHY WONT HE ASK ME OUT?

There is this guy and I think he likes me he stares at me with no emotion when i look at him he'll just continue to stare with no emotion. When I show up to school him and his friends move foward to wear im going. A lot of his friends seem to be more interesed in me as well. When I was in Spanish Cl, and we where playing bingo lol he won, and the teacher asked him what shape he wanted to use next he said square then looked at me as if I was suppose to smile at him. Then later on ( in spanish same day). When she asked us to find a partner we both looked at each other( no emotion) but then our friens came over in away it was like a connection but we both knew that we wanted to be partners but couldnt. Anyway my friends say I'm very pretty some even say I look like a model. I'm no taller, than he is I'm not too short either, but I was just wondering if he likes me why dosn't he ask me out?
