Plan to get married but his job will make us have less time together.... Plzz read and help?

My bf is a band director his is 26 and i am 21 he is busy alot and when we get on the phone we have to get off cuz evabody is calling wanting him to do this and that.. He just got fired from his job but thank GOD he got a new band director job.. I am trying to support him the best way that i can and its soooo hard cuz i wanna have my time we only c each other 8 times out of a month he lives 30 mins from me and its soooo hard. Cuz he have band practice monday- thrusday . We both love each other .. His mama loved me the 1st time she met me and his whole family.. Speacily his nephews... He have no kids and he neva been married but he is ready to settle down with me but i am scared he is goin to be to busy for me and if we have a family.. THere is a chance that i am pregnant and that he wnt have time 4 his child.... He said that he will make time 4 us
