My dad has a hair electricutor?

My dad has a little handheld device that he loves and what it does is it shoots little electric currents into his head and it's supposed to stimulate hair growth. His is made by a Japanese company named Chun and I can't find this thing anywhere. I want to get him a new one for Christmas because the one he has now is probably 10 years old and breaking. Please help if you know what I'm talking about (: thanks
