Legal advice needed. Being garnished for someone Else's medical bills?

You have to sue the mom. And notify the billing medical people that the case is in litigation. Get the lawyer. If the wife actually noted 'no responsibility for bills on the consent form. You have a case. Hopefully, you have a copy of that consent form. The case will not go to court but will take a lot of time to settle. And of course, the mommy dearest will be on the hook but will somehow weasel out of it. But that's not your worry. Good Luck.
