How to approach (or not) flatmate on very sensitive subject?

I would simply record one of there "sessions" then hold a nice little flatmate meeting and simply play it back to them. If that isn't enough to cringe them into silence, then have her called into a meeting with someone from the college and play it there. Nothing like humiliation to solve a problem.
