Got red looking bumps on my body?

Since I was like 8 i hv been getting red bumps on my inner thighs, armpit area, and my back. Some are hard bumps and others are squishy. Right now I gt one on my waist and it hurts some of them pop and release pus mixed with Blood and others a dark blood they are usually painful help md out and it ain't shingles.
