Does anyone know the name of this song?

It's like an old dance song ( not the David Bowie "Let's Dance") But the lyrics go something like this: Lets dance, everybody lets dance, lets dance Ooohh Oooh dance dance dance. Thats all I remember and It was a girl singing and it also says something about rock and roll. I dont know if anything can help I'll really appreciate it. Thanks!
