18-20 year olds are not Adults so why isn't the legal age 21 again?

They can go to war VOLUNTARILY but they dont know what their doing they are just following the leader they dont think for themselves they just want an excuse not to go to college or work .They vote but they've never even paid bills and worked not all but MAJORITY.I want the voting age to be 21 again and everything else cause 18-20 years even with they just are impressionable. I am a minor so I cant call congress can anybody do it.The 26th amendment should be repealed there is no draft anymone.18-19 are "teens" I cant cant call them adults.I cant call my state legislative cause I dont wanna give my number.
